WebJan 5, 2024 · With 2 or more SSDs, Unraid will combine all of them and create what looks like a RAID 1 array. This is done with software, not hardware. It isn't exactly a RAID 1 array. Unraid will combine all the storage across all SSDs and divide it by 2. In the screenshot below, I have three 1TB SSDs. Which works out to be 1.5 TB for the cache pool.
