WebIt's that feeling of needing to yawn constantly and that feeling persists. This happens at rest and while working out. It doesn't wake me up in the middle of the night though and I've been getting enough sleep each night. I'm not gasping for breath, the chest isn't tight, it's just needing to take deep breaths or yawning all of the time.
