I was under leveled for the final boss (at 26) and it was very difficult. I'd recommend at least 28. I was 26 my first time with Nisha and I found the boss to take a long time, but wasn't that hard.

I'll need to level up a bit outside of the DLC first. I'm guessing if I had beat the main story in TVHM the DLC may have started at lvl 50.
