I also find ELS much easier to deal with, but that may just be personal preference. I felt like TMMS was always tricky to actually remove from the belt and leave the Teklok in place. Will the outer belt work with a shooters connection inner belt? or is the CR speed inner belt a better choice? The ability to adjust the tension on the belt between stages is great. I also like the ELS system a lot. Its nice being able to take the mag pouches and shotshell caddies off between stages without having to remove the belt like the tek-loks.
